Dosa Hutt | Our Story
Dosa Hutt on Bowne Street
We're a pure South Indian vegetarian restaurant in Flushing, right beside the large Hindu Temple on Bowne Street. Dosas and uttapams are what we do.
Next door to the temple
A lot of our guests stop in before or after a visit to the temple. One of them remembers driving down from Boston in the 1980s to visit Ganesh Mandir, back when a little dosa garage stood next to where we are today.
The dosas
Masala dosa is a crepe made of rice and lentil batter. Rava dosa is a crepe made of cream of wheat, and everything is made to order.
Iddly, vada and upma
Iddly is a steamed rice and lentil cake, and vada is a fried lentil donut. Upma is weekends only.

A second spot in Glen Oaks
We also have a shop on Hillside Avenue in Glen Oaks, so you can get dosas in eastern Queens too.
Open seven days
Dine in or take it with you. We also do catering for all occasions and holidays.
